The Process
Ordering custom teamwear should be simple. Here is how the Claudy process works from first contact to delivery.
Step 1: Submit your Request
Start by filling out our request form and telling us what your team needs.
You can share your product preferences, team colors, logos, sponsor details, estimated quantity, sizes, and desired delivery date. You can also upload reference images or design ideas if you already have a specific look in mind.
You do not need to have every detail ready. The form is simply the starting point. If something is missing, we will help you complete it in the next step.

Size list, if available

Step 2: We review your request
Once we receive your request, we review the details to understand your team’s needs, the product type, quantity, customization, timeline, and design direction.
If anything is missing or unclear, we will contact you before preparing the proposal. This may include questions about sizes, logos, sponsor placement, colors, product options, budget, or deadline.
After the details are clear, we prepare a design direction and quote based on your requirements.

Step 3: Approval, Payment & Production
Before production starts, you review and approve the final order details. This includes the design, colors, logos, names, numbers, sizes, quantity, price, timeline, and shipping address.
After approval, we send the payment details. Once the agreed payment is completed, your order enters production.
Your teamwear is then produced according to the approved specifications.

Because custom teamwear is made specifically for your club, changes after final approval may not be possible or may create additional costs.
Step 4: Shipping, Delivery & Reorders
Once production is complete, your order is prepared for shipping and sent to the delivery address provided.
Shipping times depend on destination, package size, courier service, and external logistics. When available, tracking information will be shared after dispatch.
After delivery, your team should check the order carefully and contact us if there is any issue with the received items.
If your team needs more pieces later, we can use your previous order details to make future reorders easier.
