Design

  • We typically start with 1–2 initial design concepts based on your input. From there, we refine your preferred direction through revisions until you’re satisfied.

  • We include multiple revision rounds within reason to finalize your design. The goal is to reach a result you’re fully happy with, not to limit creativity artificially.

  • No problem. We can guide the design process based on your colors, identity, and inspiration.

  • We can take inspiration from existing designs, but we create original designs tailored to your club.

  • Yes. You will receive a full digital mockup for approval before production starts.

  • Yes. Full player customization is included.

  • Socks can be customized, but sock customization may involve additional costs.

  • Yes. Goalkeeper kits can be fully customized and will incur the same price as outfield player kits.

Lead Times

  • Initial concepts are usually delivered within a few days (2-4 business days). Final timing depends on revisions.

  • Production typically takes a few weeks after final design approval and payment (2-4 weeks). Orders placed in January and February may take longer due to national holidays in our partners’ locations.

  • Shipping usually takes around two weeks. However, depending on your location, this may vary.

Pricing

  • Pricing depends on quantity, design complexity, and product selection.

  • Yes, minimum order quantities may apply depending on the product. We aim to keep MOQs as low as possible.

  • For larger orders, we may be able to offer adjusted pricing depending on the product type, quantity, customization method, and production requirements. Volume discounts are reviewed case by case and will be included in your quote whenever applicable.

  • No. We aim to be transparent—any additional costs (e.g., shipping or samples) will be clearly communicated.

Production, Quality & Fit

  • We primarily use sublimation, which ensures long-lasting colors and high durability.

  • Yes, samples may be available depending on the design, though additional costs and time may apply.

  • We provide size charts to help you choose the right fit, please refer to the Size Guide. Fit may vary slightly depending on the product.

  • Yes. You can order different sizes for each player.

  • Yes. We keep your design on file for future orders.

Product Care

  • Wash at low temperatures (30°C), avoid fabric softeners, and air dry when possible.

  • Sublimated designs are embedded into the fabric, making them highly resistant to fading and peeling.

Other

  • Changes are possible before production starts. Once production begins, modifications are usually not possible.

  • After approval and payment, your order moves into production.

  • We work with multiple production partners and choose the most efficient option based on your location.
