Our Customization Options

Every team has its own identity. At Claudy, customization is not only about adding a logo or changing colors — it is about creating a complete kit that feels personal, professional, and ready for the pitch. From full jersey designs to premium badges and finishing details, we offer different customization options depending on the style, function, and budget of your team.

Fabric Selection

The fabric is the foundation of every kit. Before choosing colors, logos, or printing methods, it is important to select the right material for the way the product will be used.

For each project, the available fabric options will be presented together with the quote. Your team can choose a specific fabric from the available selection, depending on the desired feel, performance, texture, and budget. We will also provide recommendations on which fabric is best suited for the product, whether it is a match jersey, training shirt, shorts, jacket, or off-pitch apparel.

For match jerseys, lightweight and breathable polyester fabrics are usually the best option. They help the jersey stay comfortable during movement, training, and competition. For training wear, jackets, and lifestyle pieces, different fabrics can be selected depending on the desired stretch, warmth, durability, or premium finish.

Fabric selection can also affect the final look of the design. Some materials create a smoother printed finish, while others add more texture, structure, or breathability. Depending on the product, we can work with options such as interlock polyester, birdseye fabric, mesh panels, stretch fabrics, jacquard textures, or thicker materials for outerwear.

Best for:
Match jerseys, training shirts, shorts, jackets, breathable panels, premium textures, and product-specific performance needs.

Full Sublimation Printing

Sublimation is the best option for fully custom football jerseys. It allows colors, patterns, gradients, sponsors, names, numbers, and graphic details to become part of the fabric itself.

This method is ideal for teams that want a complete custom design without adding heavy layers on top of the jersey. The result is lightweight, breathable, and suitable for match wear.

Best for:
Custom jerseys, full kit designs, patterns, gradients, sponsors, names, and numbers.

Heat Transfer Printing

Heat transfer printing is a practical and flexible option for adding names, numbers, sponsor logos, and small details to jerseys or training wear.

It works especially well when the garment already exists and needs to be personalized after production. This makes it useful for player-specific customization, small batches, and additional sponsor applications.

Best for:
Player names, back numbers, sponsor logos, sleeve details, and training wear.

Embroidered Club Crest

Embroidery gives a classic and premium look to a team crest. Instead of being printed into the fabric, the badge is stitched with thread, creating texture and depth.

This option is especially strong for teams that want a more traditional or high-quality finish. For lightweight match jerseys, embroidery should be used carefully because it adds more weight than printing, but for premium kits, jackets, polos, and hoodies, it is an excellent choice.

Best for:
Club crests, premium jerseys, jackets, polos, hoodies, and teamwear.

Silicone Badge

A silicone badge gives the jersey a modern, clean, and professional appearance. It creates a smooth raised effect and works well for club crests, brand logos, and special edition details.

Compared with embroidery, silicone badges feel more modern and technical. They are a strong option for teams that want their kit to look premium without using a traditional stitched crest.

Best for:
Club badges, Claudy logos, sleeve badges, premium kits, and training wear.

If your team has specific preferences for fabrics, printing methods, badges, colors, names, numbers, or finishing details, please mention them in your project request. This helps us understand your vision from the beginning and recommend the best customization options for your kit.
